A public hearing to consider an ordinance amending Monroe County Code Chapter 2, Article III, Division 7, Sec. 2-202, Quasi-Judicial Proceedings, clarifying that Monroe County, as allowed pursuant to F.S. 286.0115, is officially adopting by ordinance the statutory requirements set forth in F.S. Sec. 286.0115(1)(c ) removing the presumption of prejudice in quasi - judicial proceedings by disclosure of ex parte communications, as well as ensuring that the BOCC Administrative Procedures are amended to reflect the Monroe County Code.
