"Doc" Buckner grew up on a farm during the great depression. They grew their own food, wore hand made clothes and had no electricity. But, they had no idea that they were poor. "Doc" joined the Navy when he was 17 and eventually worked his way through college. "Doc" went on to work many years with the Soil and Water Conservation Service and has had many unique experiences throughout his life.
