It is recommended that the Board of Commissioners adopt the attached Resolution # 44-14
authorizing a financing by the Chester County Industrial Development Authority (CCIDA) of certain projects for University Student Housing, LLC.
b. Resolution 45-14
It is recommended that the Board of Commissioners adopt the attached Resolution # 45-14
authorizing a financing by the Chester County Industrial Development Authority (CCIDA) of certain projects for Renaissance Academy Charter School.
c. Resolution 46-14
It is recommended that the Board of Commissioners adopt the attached Resolution # 46-14
authorizing a financing by the Central and Western Chester County Industrial Development Authority of certain projects for Devon Preparatory School.
d. Authorities, Boards and Commissions
It is recommended that the Board of Commissioners approve the attached appointment and

e. Memorandum of Understanding with the American Red Cross
