a. Agreement
It is recommended that the Board of Commissioners approve the attached agreement establishing a cooperative partnership between Yongchuan District, Chonqing Municipality, PRC and Chester County.
b. Resolution 26-14
It is recommended that the Board of Commissioners adopt the attached Resolution # 26-14 authorizing the exoneration of accrued county taxes
c. Resolution 27-14
It is recommended that the Board of Commissioners adopt the attached Resolution # 27-14 authorizing certain document execution by Director of Emergency Services or Designee.
d. Resolution 28-14
It is recommended that the Board of Commissioners adopt the attached Resolution # 28-14 authorizing the Director of Facilities & Parks and the Solicitor to execute certain PennDOT contracts.
e. Resolution 29-14
It is recommended that the Board of Commissioners adopt the attached Resolution # 29-14 authorizing acquisition of Bridge Right of Way (Bridge 301, T-431in Tredyffrin Township).
f. Authorization to Bid
The Department of Procurement and General Services is requesting Authorization to Bid the following item:
. HVAC System at Hibernia Mansion
. Restrooms at Hibernia Park
. Replace Roof over Struble Room at the Exton Library
. Water Main Extension at the Chester County Prison
. Replace Roof over B Block, Control Room & Laundry at the Chester County Prison
