NEW BUSINESS
a. Ordinance 2011-1 It is recommended that the Board of Commissioners enact Ordinance 2011-1, authorizing the incurrence by the County of Chester of non-electoral debt by the issuance of General Obligation Bonds for the purpose of financing certain capital improvements, a refunding program and paying the costs of issuing the bonds and notes. b. Resolution 43-11 It is recommended that the Board of Commissioners adopt the attached Resolution 43-11, authorizing the exoneration of County taxes accrued on Tax Parcel Number 32-4-72.11 in the amount of $2,726.93 on behalf of Upper Uwchlan Township. c. Resolution 44-11 It is recommended that the Board of Commissioners adopt the attached Resolution 44-11, approving a financing project by the Chester County Health and Education Facilities Authority for the Benefit of The Devereux Foundation. d. Resolution 45-11 It is recommended that the Board of Commissioners adopt the attached Resolution 45-11, authorizing the appointment of the law firm of Fox Rothschild, LLP as Special Counsel in regard to the County Voice Radio Project. e. Letter of Engagement - Fox Rothschild, LLP It is recommended that the Board of Commissioners approve the attached Letter of Engagement with the law firm of Fox Rothschild, LLP as Special Counsel in regard to the County Voice Radio Project.
