a. Resolution 38-11
It is recommended that the Board of Commissioners adopt the attached Resolution 38-11 authorizing the adoption of the Crum Creek Watershed Stormwater Management Plan, including all volumes, figures, maps and appendices, in accordance with the provisions of Pennsylvania Stormwater Management Act, Act 167, and further, hereby forwards and submits this Plan to the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection for approval.
b. Community Revitalization Program, 2011 Awards
It is recommended that the Board of Commissioners approve the attached list of Community Revitalization Program Awards for 2011.
c. Authorities Boards and Commissions
It is recommended that the Board of Commissioners approve the attached list of appointments and reappointments to the Authorities Boards and Commissions as outlined on the attachment.
d. Bid Authorization Request
It is recommended that the Board of Commissioners authorize the Department of Procurement and General Services to Bid the following:
