a. Bid Award

The Department of Procurement and General Services recommends that the Board of Commissioners award the attached bids.

a. Resolution 23-11

It is recommended that the Board of Commissioners adopt the attached Resolution 23-11,
a Resolution authorizing Schuylkill Township's LERTA Boundary Designation.

b. Bid Rejection and Authorization to Re-bid

It is recommended that the Board of Commissioners reject the Bid for Replacement of the Sewer System at Springton Manor Farm and authorization the Department of Procurement to re-bid. Please see attached information.

c. Bid Authorization Request

It is recommended that the Board of Commissioners authorize the Department of Procurement and General Services to Bid the following:

Kitchen Floor Replacement for Correctional Center.

d. Motor Vehicle Lease Agreement

It is recommended that the Board of Commissioners approve the attached Motor Vehicle Lease Agreement with West Goshen Township.
