a. Bid Award

a. Resolution 20-11
It is recommended that the Board of Commissioners adopt the attached Resolution 20-11,
a resolution in support of the renewing of the Growing Greener Program.
b. Resolution 21-11
It is recommended that the Board of Commissioners adopt the attached Resolution 21-11, a Chester County Industrial Development Authority Application/Project on behalf of Team Reid, LLC in the amount of $314,210. This is a Next Generation loan.
c. Approve Certification of Merit Based Personnel System
It is recommended that the Board of Commissioners approve the County merit based personnel system for those employees formerly falling under the Pennsylvania State Civil Service Commission.
d. Bid Authorization Request
It is recommended that the Board of Commissioners authorize the Department of Procurement and General Services to Bid the following:
Provide and Install Boiler for Justice Center.
FF&E and Audio Visual Equipment for Public Safety Training Facility.
Culvert #8 Debris Removal for Chester Valley Trail.
