It is recommended that the Board of Commissioners adopt the attached Resolution 16-11, authorizing the Director of Facilities Management and the County Solicitor to take any and all necessary steps required by PennDOT to electronically award, sign and accept the construction contract with Lobar Development Corporation for the reconstruction of Bridge #315.
b. Bid Rejection and Authorization to Re-Bid
