JCC Citizen Redistricting Committee-03/31/2011
The James City County 2011 Citizen Redistricting Committee will hold a public meeting on Thursday, March 31, at 4:30 p.m. in the County Government Center Building F Work Session Room, 101-F Mounts Bay Road, James City County, Virginia. The Citizen Redistricting Committee consists of 10 members, with two members appointed by each member of the Board of Supervisors. Stonehouse District Supervisor, Jim Kennedy, appointed Joshua Mayes and Amanda Johnston; Roberts District Supervisor, Bruce Goodson, appointed Paul Gerhardt and Jeff Ryer; Powhatan District Supervisor, Jim Icenhour, appointed Dave Jarman and Debra Kratter; Jamestown District Supervisor, John McGlennon, appointed Jennifer Tierney and Anthony Conyers; and Berkeley District Supervisor, Mary Jones, appointed Heather Cordasco and Jay Everson.



The purpose of the Committee is to assist in the redistricting process, required as a result of the 2010 U.S. Census. The Board adopted procedures and guidelines and a calendar for the process on March 22, 2011, which may be viewed as part of the agenda for that meeting here:
