The guidelines for 'Public to be Heard' are as follows: Residents are asked to state their names and address for the record; all comments should be addressed to the Council as a whole and concern issues involving the City Council, City Government, or matters of General City concern; residents should be prepared to limit their remarks to 3 minutes or less; and, all speakers before the City Council will observe commonly accepted rules of courtesy and decorum. |
