Bond Ordinance #1 of 2014 The Council discussed Bond Ordinance #1 of 2014 Authorizing the Issuance of Serial Bonds for the City Water Supply and Distribution System. After discussion the Council voted 4-1 to table the ordinance for two weeks. On the motion to table, Councilors McCormick, Camardo, Ruzicka, and Mayor Quill voted Aye. Councilor Cuddy voted no.
